Claim Procedure

  1. Download the Claim Form here.
     
  2. Print the claim form and complete it.
     
  3. Required Documents to support your claim:
    • A copy of the invoice or other documents supporting your claim.
    • A copy of the bill of lading and delivery receipt.
    • Any additional documents supporting the claim.
       
  4. Send your claim and all supporting documents to:
